We contracted for a major additional to our home with MMFMS, Inc. The reality is that we contracted with Mark Milovich who owns that company. I want to emphasize that- Mark is on site and supervising every aspect of the job.

Our job was an adding a 1st floor bedroom. Mark was here from the beginning through completion. I mean he was on site supervision. He is accessible and reactive.

Now a word about his subs- he has a dedicated group of subs that he has vetted. He is no nonsense- no music, no smoking, just get the job done.

Everything was staged and on schedule. Even with the 2021 supply problems, he completed the project in a timely manner.

Mark follows up- his warranty is his word. Iron clad.

Gary and I want to thank you so much for what you have done for us. We feel like there aren’t enough thank you’s or enough ways to describe to you our depth of appreciation. Our appreciation and thanks is so deep because you helped and enabled us to build a house out of the sheer kindness and generosity of your heart. We know that without your kindness and generosity we would not be in the home we are in. You are so busy taking care of your family, making a living, taking care of your congregation, and all of the countless hours you spend on quick builds, yet you didn’t hesitate for a moment to offer your help to us. And every time we needed to ask you something you never acted like we were a nuisance, and you took the time to help us. We can only imagine the time and money it has taken you to acquire your skills, wisdom, and all of the good affordable contractors that no doubt took a lot of time to find after sifting through the not-so-good ones. And yet you didn’t send us put on our own to try and do all of that, but lovingly and generously gave us the list of the workers you use and that helped us more than we will ever know.  

Thank you too for all your expert advice you were always right on target with how much things would cost and your advice on keeping track of all expenses really helped us stay on budget. I know this might seem silly to mention in the midst of all the enormous things you did for us but thank you too for getting us such an awesome deal on our Jacuzzi tub! It is very luxurious, and we wouldn’t have had it otherwise.  

We really and truly could go on saying thank you for all you did. In order to keep our expenses in life where they are manageable, we could only spend a certain amount, and because you were so loving and generous, we were able to get a whole lot more for the amount we could spend. Thank you.
