FMS has accumulated a long and diverse list of satisfied customers going into its third decade of service to the Lowcountry. Over the years many opportunities have arisen to expand the company into a much larger organization. However we have controlled our growth to allow for a hands-on relationship to every project and customer. Our projects range from minor repairs to homes and commercial buildings, to bath and Kitchen remodels, and everything in between to include 30 + new home constructions as well as the construction of over 40 commercial buildings and land development projects. For the most part our work comes to us from repeat business and personal recommendations. In fact some of our customer relationships reach back more than 20 years – a fact of which we are very thankful and proud.

Owner: Mark Milovich
Mark Milovich traces his background in construction to summers spent framing houses in Snee Farm and Otranto with his father-in-law. His subsequent years spent in property maintenance and then property management provided a large platform for a strong repair, maintenance, and remodeling background . Much experience was gained in Commercial construction from the 3 years spent as Project manager for a large South Florida hotel management group, as well 2 years as VP and Director of National Construction for Corporate Days Inn of America. This was during the greatest period of growth for the chain, overseeing the construction and renovation of more than 150 projects in 37 States and 60 million dollars of capital improvement.
