We contracted for a major additional to our home with MMFMS, Inc. The reality is that we contracted with Mark Milovich who owns that company. I want to emphasize that- Mark is on site and supervising every aspect of the job.

Our job was an adding a 1st floor bedroom. Mark was here from the beginning through completion. I mean he was on site supervision. He is accessible and reactive.

Now a word about his subs- he has a dedicated group of subs that he has vetted. He is no nonsense- no music, no smoking, just get the job done.

Everything was staged and on schedule. Even with the 2021 supply problems, he completed the project in a timely manner.

Mark follows up- his warranty is his word. Iron clad.

We know that without your kindness and generosity we would not be in the home we are in. You are so busy taking care of your family, making a living, taking care of your congregation, and all of the countless hours you spend on quick builds, yet you didn’t hesitate for a moment to offer your help to us. And every time we needed to ask you something you never acted like we were a nuisance, and you took the time to help us. We can only imagine the time and money it has taken you to acquire your skills, wisdom, and all of the good affordable contractors that no doubt took a lot of time to find after sifting through the not-so-good ones. And yet you didn’t send us put on our own to try and do all of that, but lovingly and generously gave us the list of the workers you use and that helped us more than we will ever know.  

Thank you too for all your expert advice you were always right on target with how much things would cost and your advice on keeping track of all expenses really helped us stay on budget. I know this might seem silly to mention in the midst of all the enormous things you did for us but thank you too for getting us such an awesome deal on our Jacuzzi tub! It is very luxurious, and we wouldn’t have had it otherwise.  

We really and truly could go on saying thank you for all you did. In order to keep our expenses in life where they are manageable, we could only spend a certain amount, and because you were so loving and generous, we were able to get a whole lot more for the amount we could spend. Thank you.

We decided to go with FMS Contractors and Mark Milovich for our external renovation project and could not be happier that we did.  The project included new siding, doors, garage doors, roof, paint, porch tile and lighting, and various other small improvements to the existing footprint.  From the time we signed the contract to the day the final punch list items were completed we were very impressed with how well Mark communicated with us and kept us informed on the plan.  As a result, the project was completed on time and on budget.  Mark has taken the time to identify top tier trade relationships which directly translated in the quality of the finished project.  Every individual that was involved in the project was professional, diligent, and cared that their work met our expectations.  While I enjoy seeing these types of projects come to life past experience has also taught me that it’s in my best interest to ensure nothing is overlooked.  Not necessary when you work with Mark.  Mark would meticulously inspect the work that was being done throughout the project and point things out to me that he was not pleased with while having the crew correct in real time.  Furthermore, if I did notice anything or had questions Mark would take the time to walk through them with me.  Lastly, Mark helped us envision an upgrade to our front entrance which added great curb appeal to the entire project.  Likely everything else it was delivered within the original timeline and exactly as quoted.

Since the completion of this project we had another, unexpected project come up.  Being that it was unexpected we had not planned for it financially therefore were nervous about the scope and potential cost.  That said, we went back to FMS Contractors and Mark without hesitation.  Consistent with the original project, this new project was priced competitively, completed on time and on budget, with great communication from start to finish.

In summary, if you are interested in working with a company and individual who price competitively, communicate well, and deliver high quality work on time and on budget, then I would strongly recommend FMS Contractors and Mark.  Needless to say, we are very satisfied clients and will turn to them first for our future home improvement and renovation projects.

Mark does fine work. He is kind and very efficient in performing his job. He helped me tremendously when my husband was very ill. I greatly appreciated his assistance. He went  beyond his duties in making sure what I needed got done correctly.

We inherited FMS contractors from the previous owners of our home who had highly recommended Mark Milovich and his team.
